The ExpandableVideo format has a lot in common with the InBannerVideo and OnPageVideo format. However, the ExpandableVideo format doesn't play in the existing banner slots and is user activated. Only when the web page visitor clicks or hovers over the banner (for more than 2 seconds), a transparent layer, called a lightbox, will appear over the website. In this layer the video commercial will then automatically start playing. It’s a large format video and the layer offers several additional features like extra video content, downloadable content, pictures and so forth.
